Consists of dumbbell / dog-bone shape split tensile core box, sand shooting arrangement, gassing & purging accessory, FRL unit suitable for cold box sand & heater with temp. indicator controller up to 2300c. Please inform supply specifications to adapt equipment accordingly (Default: 230v AC , 50Hz). Requires Pneumatic air supply of 6 Kg/cm2.

Precautions:
Burning hazard: the temperature is 230oC. Conform that the quantity of sand is sufficient for sample specimen at every preparation. Insure that the gassing accessory is on the Core box before pressing
Maintainance:
Clean the core box & core box support vents after continuous run.
