Consists of controlled heated bar with linear temperature gradient, brush, and Sand distributor.  Please inform supply specifications to adapt equipment accordingly (Default: 230v AC , 50Hz).

Sand Type: Resin coated sand

Test:Determination of stick point of Resin coated sand

Application:The Stick Point Tester is used to determine the Stick point of thermosetting mixture of the Sand and Synthetic Resin or Resin coated silica sand (shell moulding sand).

Precautions:

·         Keep the instrument clean.

·         Use new Brush when the hair of brush are worn out.

·         Protect the thermocouple from the damage By pressing it excessively on the bar.

·         Burning Hazard.Temperature may exceed 200 °C .Take care while operating.

Maintainance:
