Ticketing System is free for Equipment with active warranty, and there’s no limit as to number of tickets. For the customers with lapsed warranty, trouble shooting over ticketing system is charged meagerly at 50 USD/Year i.e 3000 INR/Year
Telephonic is free for Equipment with active warranty, and there’s no limit as to number of phone support request.
For the customers with lapsed warranty, trouble shooting over ticketing system is charged meagerly at 75 USD/Year i.e 4500 INR/Year. Support timings are 10:00 am – 05:00 pm Indian Standard Time (+5:30 GST)
Video Support is free for Equipment with active warranty.
Make sure that you have a good internet connection and a Skype account/ Microsoft teams/ Whatsapp Video and yes we will help you. For the customers with lapsed warranty, trouble shooting over Video is charged meagerly at 75 USD/Year i.e 4500 INR/Year
Send the equipment to us and pick it up from our place once we are done, rest is our problem. This is undoubtedly one of the most assured and affordable method to resolve concerns reliably. If the equipment is under warranty, we’ll not charge you for the repairs and the parts that are covered under warranty. In every other case, its a custom job and we’ll send you a quote separately
On-Site and on pre-decided dates, this is one of the easiest ways to keep the equipment working fine and reliably. Do ask us for a quote. Breakdowns which can be fixed on-site are fixed by technician without any charge at our discretion.
If you think there’s a problem with the equipment, Get you equipment inspected by the experts. Do get a quote from us before sending in requests.
Annual maintenance contract already has the preventive and calibration contract within it, just the case that, it includes additional break down visits if required. Don’t forget to get a quote!
This service is for the people who are busy and need it ASAP. This service is on-demand. We’ll confirm location of the tech person, all you need to do is to pay for the services and get the guy to your premises by the fastest mode possible! and of course send him back the same way to resume his original course.
