AUTO HOT SHELL TENSILE TESTER (Digital)

Mechanism: Consists of pair of hot plates controlled by digital temperature indicators, split mould, tong, sand filler, strength measuring mechanism to read direct tensile strength up to 50 kg/cm2, FRL unit, Pneumatic air supply 6 Kg/cm2

Please inform supply specifications to adapt equipment accordingly (Default: 230v AC , 50Hz). Requires Pneumatic air supply of 6 Kg/cm2.Computer interfacing is optional with Customized sand control software i.e VEsion Sand. Please contact us for more information.

Test:To Determine the Hot or cold Tensile strength of Resin Coated Sand

Application:

·         The Hot shell strength of sand specimen measured when cured and still in hot condition, Hot Shell Tensile Tester (VHTA) has been designed as a complete unit for forming, curing and breaking the specimen in the same position.

·         After manually filling the sand in the cavity the machine automatically breaks and shows strength reading after a default or user set dwell time.

·         It can be used as a production control device in the shop to test batch of shell sand mix.
