The Versatile Tube Filler Accessory VTF is a professional foundry laboratory instrument for green sand, oil sand, co2 sand. It is engineered for accurate, repeatable sand testing on the lab bench and shop floor.
Application
The equipment must be used to fill sample tube with sand. Advantage is it lets the sand fill in from fixed distance and riddles it before filling. It avoids compression of the sand which may occur if we fill the specimen tube with hands and can effect compactibility readings heavily. Consists of base plate to accommodate specimen tube with cup & Riddling sieve.
