The Versatile Core Hardness Tester VCH is a professional foundry tester for resin coated sand, hot box sand, cold box sand, no-bake sand, oil sand, co2 sand, used to find out the hardness of baked or dried cores made out of core sands, resin sands etc. It is engineered for accurate, repeatable sand testing on the lab bench and shop floor.

Application

To find out the hardness of baked or dried cores made out of core sands, resin sands etc. Employees scratch type test to check bonding and hardness of cores.

Safety & care. Keep the instrument clean and away from dust ensure that all sticking sand is removed from the instrument before and after every test. Do not tamper with the setting and calibration.
