Compliance grade test sieve, 1700 micron aperture, in an 8 inch (203 mm) full height stainless steel frame. Frame and woven mesh are formed as one piece, with no welding, soldering or filler. Supplied with a compliance certificate to ISO 3310-1 and ASTM E11. Also known as No. 12, 10 mesh.

A compliance grade test sieve for particle size separation and sieve analysis, including grain fineness number determination on foundry sand. The 1700 micron aperture is one of the ten used in a complete AFS nest.
